Lee Singleton joins Perch Wealth with over 10 years of working in real estate. His most recent experience has been in real estate investment lending and working with accredited investors focused on alternative investments. Lee has worked in several areas of real estate, from retail mortgage to investment lending to private equity and alternative investments. This exposure to all areas of real estate has allowed Lee to gain the knowledge needed to understand clients’ needs and advise individuals about products and investment needs appropriately. 

Lee is from Georgia and graduated from the University of West Georgia. He holds his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. 

Away from work, Lee spends time with his family, is an avid reader, plays on a local flag football team, and never misses a Georgia Bulldogs football game.
