Ashley Romiti

Ashley Romiti has worked in real estate investments for more than 10 years. Having started her career at Marcus and Millichap, where she represented clients in commercial real estate sales and 1031 exchanges, she then transitioned to consulting. She specialized in advising real estate and financial professionals on their sales and marketing strategies.

After a decade working in the industry, Ashley joined Perch Wealth, advising clients on suitable alternative investment opportunities, including DSTs, TICs, and other funds. Leveraging her experience and knowledge, Ashley has developed effective strategies for professionals and provides unique insight into the best investments for her clients.

Ashley received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) series 7 and 66 registrations, and is a licensed real estate agent in California.

Outside the office, Ashley likes spending her time with her husband, Alex, and their daughter. Together, they enjoy surfing, hiking, and finding new events to attend within the community. Additionally, Ashley serves on the board for Canstruction, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising food for the Orange County Food Bank.
