Ben Carmona is a Managing Partner at Perch Wealth. With over 20 years of applied experience, Ben is an expert in real estate investments, structures, and strategies.
Through his tenure at some of the most prominent industry leading investment management firms including Cantor Fitzgerald, NexPoint Advisors, and Capital Square Advisors, where he was involved in acquisitions, finance, due diligence, underwriting, product structuring/syndication, and sales management, Ben has developed a comprehensive understanding of alternative investments and the financial services industry with deep knowledge and expertise in structured 1031 products -TICs (Tenant-in-Common), DSTs (Delaware Statutory Trusts), Non-Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Non-Listed Business Development Companies (BDCs), private equity and debt funds, Interval Funds, and other private placement syndications.
Ben’s various executive roles and work within the financial services industry have helped hone his business instincts and acumen. His career has led him to become uniquely qualified to provide guidance on how products are structured and operated.
His insight—along with his ability to uncover key variables that play a significant part in the probability of success for a particular investment—is critical to meeting his clients' financial goals.
Ben holds a BA in Finance, Real Estate from San Diego State University as well as FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
