Bradley Wetherby has spent the past 5 years assisting clients in commercial real estate and 1031 exchanges. Bradley started his career in commercial brokerage to follow his passion in real estate and to guide clients on their investment goals.

Starting out in brokerage allowed him to gain a fundamental understanding of all stages of investment, which has helped him better understand the needs of each individual or company. After becoming securities licensed, Bradley focused more of his efforts on advising clients in 1031 exchanges through the use of Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs).

Bradley graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, where he holds a degree in Business Administration. He also holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 registrations. Bradley brings his background in commercial real estate and his experience facilitating transactions to the Perch Wealth team.
