Bradley Wetherby has spent the past 7 years guiding clients through commercial real estate investments and 1031 exchanges. Beginning his career in commercial brokerage, Bradley developed a deep expertise in fundamental analysis across multiple asset classes, which enables him to tailor investment strategies to the unique needs of individuals and businesses. His focus on diversified DST portfolios to mitigate risk has allowed his clients to optimize their investments in both good and challenging markets.

For the past few years, Bradley has exclusively focused on advising clients in 1031 exchanges through Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). His extensive experience working with trusted sponsors and selecting high-performing DSTs has resulted in a strong track record of successful transactions. He is dedicated to helping clients maximize their investment potential through well-researched, data-driven decisions, ensuring they navigate the complexities of 1031 exchanges and DST structures with confidence and ease.

Bradley graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, where he holds a degree in Business Administration. He also holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 registrations.
