Upon graduating from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Lauren embarked on her career in business, focusing on her knowledge of organizational psychology and employee motivation.

After 15 years as a brand development professional focused on small business expansion, marketing, B2B sales, and employee management in the luxury goods industry, Lauren redirected her focus to the financial services industry and took a position as the Chief Operating Officer for Perch Wealth.

As COO of Perch Wealth, Lauren supervises all daily operations, leads marketing initiatives, designs and implements company procedures, counsels and trains employees, and manages investment transactions for key accounts.

While out of office, Lauren serves as the Executive Director for a local non-profit organization focused on creating platforms to help women strive toward personal growth, is an active board member for her homeowner’s association, and tackles DIY home improvement projects.
