Lee Goodman

Lee Goodman brings to Perch Wealth an extensive background in banking and real estate. He began his career as a mortgage loan officer with Heartland Mortgage, a former subsidiary of Heartland Bank, where he spent eight years. Since 2000, Lee has enjoyed a successful career as a full-time real estate agent and investor, which included facilitating multiple 1031 exchanges for his clients. At Perch Wealth, his focus is on presenting to his clients 1031 exchange-eligible real estate portfolio solutions using the various registered Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) offerings available.

A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Business, majoring in Finance, Lee holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 registrations. He is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio and Florida.

Outside of work, Lee values family time with his wife, Olena, and the children. He enjoys his weekly tennis league and finds solace through hiking and traveling.
