Steven Fortunato, a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey, has over 30 years of real estate experience. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in Finance. Mr. Fortunato then attended Fordham Law School where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in the top 1% of is class. After four years of practicing real estate law, he began investing in real estate full time in the acquisition, renovation, maintenance and management of dozens of commercial properties. In 2020, he sold the majority of his real estate portfolio and effectuated multiple 1031 exchanges throughout the country.
Mr. Fortunato holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses, is a licensed real estate broker, is an active youth coach volunteer and was a member of the Notre Dame 1988 National Championship Football Team.
He lives in Ridgewood NJ with his wife of 26 years and their five children.
